Odisha filmmaker Nila Madhab Panda has been appointed as a member of the newly reconstituted Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) by the Government of India. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced the reconstitution of the 18-member CBFC board on September 16, 2026.
