Popular Odia Jatra comedian and stage actor Guru Prusty died in a tragic road accident on Sunday evening near Chingudipur on National Highway-16 in Bhadrak district.
Sources said Guru Prusty was riding his motorcycle when an unknown vehicle hit him from behind near Chingudipur Canal Square. He sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
