5. Premium Membership

5.1 Payment and Billing

Premium Membership is available for a one-time payment of ₹499:

• Payment is processed through Instamojo payment gateway
• Membership is activated immediately upon successful payment
• Lifetime validity - no recurring charges
• Non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5.2 Premium Features

Premium members receive:

• Premium badge on profile
• Priority listing in search results
• Featured profile section
• Profile view counter
• Email notifications for new auditions
• Direct contact button
• Social media promotion

6. Content Guidelines

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

When applying for auditions:

• Respond professionally to audition calls
• Honor commitments made
• Report suspicious or fraudulent postings

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Odisha Katha, including but not limited to:

• Website design and layout
• Text, graphics, logos, icons
• Software and code
• Trademarks and branding

Are owned by Odisha Katha and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. User Conduct
