• Featured in premium section right away
• Profile view counter starts tracking
• Access to exclusive features is granted
• Lifetime validity - no recurring charges

2.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to technical error
• Payment Error: If payment was deducted but membership was not activated due to system error
• Technical Failure: If our platform fails to deliver the promised features due to technical issues on our end

3. Service-Based Refunds

3.1 Content Promotion Services

For promotional services (film promotion, social media marketing, etc.):

• Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of payment if service has not been initiated
• Once promotional content is published, no refund will be provided
• Partial refunds may be considered if service is not delivered as agreed

3.2 Production Services

For video editing, production, and web design services:

• 50% refund available if project is cancelled before work begins
